5. Three persons from the relevant Professions (EDM/Engineering/Law)
6. Superintendent, Sunday School Committee
7. Chief Usher
8. One representative of each of the Chapel Fellowships
9. Representative of Fellowship of Ministers
10. Representative of Guild of Chapel Keepers
11. One representative of Lay Readers’ Fellowship
Secretary:
The Committee shall elect a Secretary from its membership or from its Congregation
QUORUM::
One third (1/3) of the membership, including 1-3
II. Terms of Reference:
The Chapel Building and Maintenance Committee shall, operate on behalf of the Chapel Council to
(a) provide acceptable architectural and other drawings of the Chapel Buildings;
(b) supervise all site development of the land allocated by the University to the All Souls’ Chapel;
(c) maintain the Chapel buildings and facilities;
(d) solicit for funds from all acceptable sources for the continued prosecution of the Chapel building projects, subject to Section 36 of this Constitution
(e) liaise with the university and the Chapel Council on all matters connected with the Chapel buildings;
(f) maintain all landed properties belonging to or occupied by the Chapel;
(g) execute all Chapel building projects; and
(h) perform such other functions as may be referred to it from time by the Chapel Council.
